RFID PH shows your Autosweep and Easytrip toll balances together in one app, so you don't have to check two provider websites separately. This page covers common questions and how to reach us.
No. You only ever enter an account number, never a password for either provider.
Tap the + button on the Autosweep or Easytrip row of the Summary card, give it a nickname, enter its account number, and tap "Check & Save". The app looks up the current balance and saves it.
Tap the refresh icon on any account card to check just that one, or pull down on the home screen to refresh everything at once. There's a short cooldown of about ten seconds after a successful refresh of the same account, so the provider's site isn't hit repeatedly in quick succession.
Balances are fetched live from each provider's own site, so lookup speed depends on how quickly that provider responds. Autosweep in particular can occasionally take up to a minute, or report itself as busy - if that happens, waiting a bit and trying again usually works.
Tap the delete icon on an account card to remove it entirely, along with its balance history. To keep the account but clear only its recorded history, open the account and tap the clear-history icon at the top of that screen.
Yes. Turn on App Lock in Settings and the app will ask for your device's Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode when you open it. RFID PH doesn't create or store a PIN of its own - it uses your device's own authentication.
No. RFID PH is an independent utility app and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by either provider. Balances are retrieved from each provider's own customer portal and reflect what those portals report at the time of checking.
