RFID PH ("the app") lets you check toll RFID account balances for Autosweep and Easytrip by entering an account number. This page explains what data the app handles and how.
When you add a tracked account, the app stores the following locally on your device only, in a local database that is never uploaded or synced to any server:
This data stays on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes it permanently. The app has no user accounts, login, or sign-up of any kind - there is nothing tying this data to your identity beyond being stored on your own phone.
To look up a balance, the app sends the account number you entered to that provider's own customer portal - Autosweep's or Easytrip's - and reads your current balance back from it. It goes nowhere else: RFID PH has no server or backend of its own, so no account number, balance, or history ever reaches us. No account number is ever linked to your name, email, or any other personal identifier - the app has no concept of a signed-in user.
The app can show a local notification when a tracked balance drops below a threshold. This is generated entirely on your device and does not involve any push notification service or third-party server.
The app offers optional paid memberships. Purchases are handled entirely by the store you downloaded the app from - the App Store on iOS, or Google Play on Android - and we never see or receive your payment details. The app stores only which membership you currently hold, locally on your device, so that it knows which features to unlock.
The app shows banner ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers - including your device's advertising ID (the Advertising ID on Android, or the Identifier for Advertisers on iOS) - together with usage data, in order to serve and measure ads, and may use this data for personalized advertising.
How you control this depends on your device. On iOS, the app asks for your permission before tracking you across other apps and websites, and you can review or change that choice at any time in Settings. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of ad personalization, in your device's Settings. Google's own privacy policy describes their practices in detail: policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personal information. We do not require or support creating an account. We do not sell any data.
RFID PH has no user account - there is no sign-up or login, so there is nothing to close. That is separate from the tracked accounts inside the app, which are your own toll accounts with Autosweep or Easytrip.
Everything the app holds about a tracked account lives only on your device, and you can remove it yourself: delete a tracked account with the button on its card, clear that account's balance history from its own screen, or uninstall the app to erase all of it permanently. None of this data is ever sent to us, so there is nothing on our side for you to request the deletion of.
